10 FITNESS HABITS
We need to practice these habits to lead a healthy fit and happy life.
1. DRINK MORE WATER
Drink at least 4 bottles of 1 lt a day. Starting and ending a day with a glass of warm water detoxify our body and keeps it hydrated.
2. EMBRACE A REST DAY
Working for 7 days a week we need to incorporate a rest day so your body as a time to recover and regain energy.
3 LEARN PROPER FORM OF WORKOUT
It's important to learn the proper technique of workout from the experienced trainer otherwise there may be a risk of injury. Safety is a priority.
4. WEARING RUNNING SHOES
It is important to wear proper running shoes while running, This keeps your feet safe from jerk or from over stretching.
As we are aware that Safety is our Priority.
5. OPT FOR HEALTHY NUTRITIOUS DIET
As we are doing workouts so we need a proper energy to do it .we get this energy from our healthy and nutritious diet. we can also assist our diet from diet-ions or trainers.
The major point is we should not have any steroids or artificial supplements in our diet. We need a Fit and Healthy body, not a weak body. we should have juices, smoothies, vegetables, pulses etc. Well its better to have a veg Diet as it is easy to digest.
6 GO RANDOM TO YOGA CLASSES OR GYM
It's important to maintain a regular routine for our fitness program to succeed.
This we can do it by going randomly to yoga or fitness classes. This gives a self Motivation and helps us to become a fitness and health conscious.
7 STRETCHING BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR WORKOUT
8 MAKE WORKOUT PART OF YOUR DAY
9 PRACTICING MINDFULNESS
It can help how to tune into things your body needs and is feeling. Act accordingly.
10 HAVE A FUN LOVING NATURE
Have a smile on your face makes you look positive and strengthens you.
